Like Oh! But I have such a long to-do list!!!
Things I have realised in my journey of life, from best to worst to better, in my healing journey and dealing with my anxiety ridden brain –
Never miss an opportunity to spend time with people who makes your soul happy. Always prioritize your “present moments” over your future – the “tomorrow” is a mere promise. Because no one knows what tomorrow holds. No one can guarantee the next moment. But your current moments – you have all the opportunity to be happy in the present. So just breathe and let go. And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure.
P.S- These days I don’t cancel plans with my family and friends just because my anxiety ridden brain tells me to focus on the future. (Like Oh! But I have such a long to-do list, can I even afford to be chilling today?) I have been finding more and more opportunities to spend beautiful moments each day.
